How BIATeam Works - Step by Step

A simple and effective system to track your team's productivity and manage projects efficiently.

Add your team to the system

Each employee gets their own account, whether working from home or office.

Employee starts work from the app

A lightweight program installs on the computer (or can work from browser), starts recording when employee clicks "Start".

BIATeam starts tracking automatically

Records time spent on work
Takes screenshots at intervals
Logs applications and websites used by employee

Meanwhile... employee works on assigned tasks

Through the task and project dashboard within the system

You as manager see everything live

Dashboard showing:

Who's working now?
How much have they worked?
What application were they on?
How far along are they in the task?

At the end of the day or week

You receive automatic reports:

Productivity time
Idle times
Completed tasks
Time cost per project

Signup and invite team members.

After choosing the suitable plan and following the steps to sign up – you should invite your team, each member will receive an email that includes the steps needed to sign up and start working using BIATeam

Encourage your team to use the Desktop application.

Each member will download the desktop program and sign in After that, the employee is ready to track his time using BIATeam. If there is no internet connection the program will function normally and save data locally until the internet connection is back and then the data will be uploaded to the server.

Create your own workspace.

Create the projects that you want to track, you will be able to assign managers and clients to each project. Specify the way your team works – the system provides a lot of settings and properties that can be customized differently for each member.

The system tracks the Time ,Work, and Activity

The system will help you track your team through :

Track the activity of the person through tracking their mouse and keyboard activity

Capturing screenshots

*The system provides privacy for your team members as they can stop tracking at any time (It wouldn't be counted as working hours)

Track what programs are used

Enjoy the Reports and being able to check your team's performance

Check your team status; at any given time, check who's currently working and who's not

Check all projects and each task associated with a project.

Track the amount of time spent on each project and each task in each project and even for each client

Know the applications and websites visited by your team members.

Join your team to improve your performance

Your manager will send you an invitation link to join the system, follow the steps in the invitation link and make sure to choose a suitable password that will protect your data.

Run the program to start tracking

Choose the program that's suitable for your operating system and sign in. From now on BIATeam will start tracking your working time,If you don't have an internet connection the program will keep the data locally until you are connected to the internet again and then the data will be uploaded to the server.

You may use the program without screenshots being taken, this depends on the rules set by your manager.

The program tracks the working time and activity

You can start and stop tracking whenever you want,In case you started tracking and then didn't do any activity, the system will notify you and shortly after stop tracking automatically. It will also start tracking again when you do any activity and will provide you with the option to add the time of inactivity as offline time. When a screenshot is taken the system will notify you, The system tracks your activity (Mouse and keyboard activity)
