After choosing the suitable plan and following the steps to sign up – you should invite your team, each member will receive an email that includes the steps needed to sign up and start working using BIATeam

Each member will download the desktop program and sign in After that, the employee is ready to track his time using BIATeam. If there is no internet connection the program will function normally and save data locally until the internet connection is back and then the data will be uploaded to the server.

Create the projects that you want to track, you will be able to assign managers and clients to each project. Specify the way your team works – the system provides a lot of settings and properties that can be customized differently for each member.

Your manager will send you an invitation link to join the system, follow the steps in the invitation link and make sure to choose a suitable password that will protect your data.

Choose the program that's suitable for your operating system and sign in. From now on BIATeam will start tracking your working time,If you don't have an internet connection the program will keep the data locally until you are connected to the internet again and then the data will be uploaded to the server.
You may use the program without screenshots being taken, this depends on the rules set by your manager.

You can start and stop tracking whenever you want,In case you started tracking and then didn't do any activity, the system will notify you and shortly after stop tracking automatically. It will also start tracking again when you do any activity and will provide you with the option to add the time of inactivity as offline time. When a screenshot is taken the system will notify you, The system tracks your activity (Mouse and keyboard activity)
