• Camera access to scan QR codes and capture attendance images. Photos taken for attendance are uploaded to our servers and stored securely. We do not access your photo library or camera roll beyond what you explicitly capture within the app.
• QR code data and attendance details you submit, including check-in/check-out timestamps, selected project, task, and any notes.
• Internet access to communicate with our servers for authentication, data synchronization, and attendance submission.
• Local storage of session tokens, profile data, and language preferences on your device to keep you signed in and maintain your settings.

Data Retention: Attendance records and uploaded images are retained on our servers for as long as your employer's account is active. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

Data Sharing: Attendance data you submit is visible to your employer/organization administrators. We do not sell or share your personal data with third-party advertisers.

You can manage camera and location permissions in your device settings at any time. If you deny a permission, the features that depend on it may not be available.

Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted immediately.

How We Use and Share Information

We use your info to provide support, contact you, and improve our services. We don’t sell or rent your data. We may share it only for legal reasons or service-related needs.

Attendance records may be retained in anonymized form for your employer's business records.

Our mobile application uses the following third-party services:

• Google Cloud Storage — to securely store attendance images you upload. Data is stored in accordance with Google Cloud's data processing terms: https://cloud.google.com/terms/data-processing-addendum

We do not use any analytics, crash reporting, or advertising SDKs in our mobile application.

Our servers and third-party service providers (including Google Cloud) may be located in the United States or other countries outside your country of residence.
